Pam Cutis Redd

Co-Founder

Pam’s unique talents, design skills, and interpersonal skills are a great asset to any current and future client. Pam’s experience below brings a vast amount of knowledge and vision to EmpireBlu:

  • Co-Founder and owner operator of Dallas Roberts Academy of N Design
  • Co-Founder and owner of Design i (Chris Boardman business partner)
  • VP of operations at Curtis Corporation

Pam’s goal and vision is to add more value to the company by creating personalized relationships with owner and tenant.

Nikko Romney

Co-Founder

Nikko has been involved in the rental market for 15+ years. He has been involved in all aspects of property management including: landscaping, maintenance, bookkeeping and starting and running a management portfolio of 250+ rentals for an investment group. He has experience with both short term (AirBnB, VRBO, etc) as well as long term rentals. Nikko has worked with investors with portfolios of all sizes including large investor portfolios, multifamily properties and the new investor with their first rental property.

Nikko’s vision is to help owners big and small grow their wealth through real estate and to take away the headache of rental properties.

Kristin Cassidy

Tenant Relations/Administrative Assistant

Kristin brings her extensive retail and management experience with Old Navy and Lulu Lemon to the table. Kristins skills with renters helps create a seamless stay for each and every renter from top notch communication to her attention to detail prepping for each and every stay.

Chuck Farmer

Maintenance

Chuck Farmer serves us through his maintenance company Remraf Enterprises. His extensive knowledge of home maintenance, construction and repairs helps owners maintain top quality properties. This enables us accomplish our vision of helping owners maximize their investment.
